I too am not a bit tamed, I too am untranslatable, I sound my barbaric yawp over the roofs of the world.
– Walt Whitman, Leaves of Grass
I am a Data Scientist working at State Farm on the Enterprise Experimentation team. We focus on designing experiments across the claims data science area to improve organizational knowledge and processes.
Previously, I completed my PhD under the supervision of Andreas Handel at the University of Georgia (Department of Epidemiology & Biostatistics). My main skills are R programming, study design, causal inference, and mixed-effects regression modeling. I like designing studies and leveraging statistical methods to make practical decisions, and I like communicating statistical solutions to business partners and laypeople to emphasize their value.
